Dear Members,
Enclosed (on the reverse side) you will find a list of our ministry teams and committees. (This is not a replacement for our autumn Walk in Faith but rather is specifically for this current nominations effort.) We have many great volunteers. The Lay Leadership Team says a great “thanks” to each of you.
However, we have had a number of meetings where too few were having to make too many decisions. We wanted to adjust our methodology this year. We want to staff our teams as far as possible with those who want to serve on them. We have some teams limited by class size restrictions, etc., nor can everyone be on the Finance Team. But, in almost every other case where you volunteer you will be invited to the first meeting to see if this is indeed where you are led to serve.
The main guidelines that the Lay Leadership Team has are:
Please pray and check off the ministry team you would like to serve on. Then sign the bottom of the form. We need these forms back by August 8!!!
Nominations are scheduled to be complete by August 27. Team planning for the 2007 budget is to be complete by September 17. Grace and peace always.

Wednesday Night Live!
Our Wednesday night program will begin in late August. We will be having a catered meal and the price will be $7 for adults, $3 for children, and a $20 maximum for a family. Volunteers will be needed in the following areas:
_____ Set Tables
_____ Serve as Host/Hostess
_____ Cashier
_____ Clean Up (There will be very little to do as everything will be
disposable.)
_____ Clean Laundry
_____ Take Down Tables and Chairs
