WALK IN FAITH 2007 Ministry Fair Fellowship Center Sunday, November 5, 2006 -- 10 a.m.
All adult and youth Sunday School Classes will meet in the Fellowship Center for the 2007 Walk in Faith Ministry Fair. There will be a short devotion time and refreshments will be provided. You will also have a couple of minutes to take your roll. There will be displays of the ministries that Bearden offers. This will give you a chance to see close up in what areas you can volunteer for in 2007. You will not want to miss this opportunity.
Commitment Sunday will be Nov. 12th.
A NIGHT OF GIVING
The Kids for Christ Choir will be singing at West Town Mall for “A Night of Giving” on Sunday, Nov. 19th at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for this event are $10 with $5 per ticket coming back to the Bearden Children’s Ministry to help support the 2007 summer outreach programs. Tickets will be available beginning Sunday, Nov. 5th.
MISSING IN ACTION! The TV and cart have been missing from the library for several weeks. We have not been able to locate this equipment. If you happen to know the where- abouts of this equipment, please return it to the library. Different classes have needed this equipment over the past two weeks. There is a sign out sheet in the library for the equipment. –Miss Donna

YOUTH FALL CELEBRATION
The Fall Celebration for the Youth has been rescheduled for Monday, Nov. 6th from 5 to 7:30 p.m.. We look forward to the youth being able to attend that day and joining in the celebration of the fall season with games, food, and fellowship! Please call Shea at 385-8321 for more information.
UMW EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
It is very important that all members of the UMW Executive Committee attend the next meeting on Monday, Nov. 6th at 6 p.m. in the Conference Room. The group will be discussing end of year spending.
MISSION NEWS
Thank you to a busy Volunteer Ministry Center Team who prepared and served lunch for 150+ people. Thanks to Bob and Linda Smith, Kathy Houser, Susan Yanno, Joanne Hill, and Jim and Cindy Black. Are you interested in being a part of this mission work to the homeless? We serve the 4th Saturday of every month at the Volunteer Ministry Center from 10:30 a.m. until Noon. Check with any of the people above and ask them about this ministry or visit the Mission & Outreach Booth at the Ministry Fair this Sunday.

The Mission and Outreach Team is organizing a 2007 Costa Rica Adult/Youth Mission Work Team. Bearden is going back to continue the work in Costa Rica. You can learn more about this trip by visiting the Mission and Outreach booth at the Ministry Fair this weekend. One way to support the Costa Rica mission is by purchasing a beautiful Christmas wreath. Orders will be taken at the Ministry Fair on Sunday.
